From there, our team creates a template and allocates the slabs to the saw beds to begin the cutting process.
Using only the most advanced CNC technology, we cut the slabs to the exact size needed for your work surface, with the capability of processing up to 3-meter-long slabs. Our focus on cutting-edge technology ensures that your worktop is of the highest quality.
To begin the tiling process, we measure the area and sketch out initial pencil lines on the surface. Next, we use a laser level to transfer measurements onto straight edges for precise cuts. At this stage, we’ll inform you of any irregularities in your surfaces that could affect the cutting process. Our goal is to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds your expectations.

What Happens Next?
As experienced worktop fabricators, we follow the best practice techniques to ensure that your granite worktop is of the highest quality. After tracing the cutting line using two different types of track saws for stability, we cut the stones using a water-cooled abrasive blade that can make angles up to 45 degrees.
To ensure that your worktop is exactly what you want, we offer you the opportunity to experiment with colours, patterns, and textures during the fabrication process. We use the CNC machine to make holes along the cutting line and chisel them according to your design specifications.
If you prefer an alternative layout, we’re happy to accommodate your preferences. Once the fabrication process is complete, we lift the worktop from its supporting base and place it on a flatbed truck for transportation to your site.
At this stage, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date, so you can plan accordingly. Before leaving our premises, the granite worktops are treated with a Dry-Treat sealer, and the finished product receives a quality control inspection to ensure compliance with your specifications.
After these checks, our team of experienced worktop fabricators will carefully load your worktops onto one of our vans, ready for installation. We take great pride in our workmanship, and our goal is to deliver a finished product that exceeds your expectations.
